Gabe is absolutely fantastic! I spoke to him a year ago when I was down and out, just trying to form a plan for the future. Other dealerships were rude and dismissive, but not Gabe. He was nice and paid a great deal of attention to me. Today I finally was able to buy a car thanks to him. Not only did Gabe remember me, he remembered almost every detail of what I told him a year ago. His knowledge helped calm my fiance down when her nerves were getting to her, as this was a big purchase for us. He took us on a test drive and showed off the car. It was smooth and the safety features absolutely blew us away. This Kia dealership is a cut above, and their workers make sure you really feel that. Highly recommend them!
This past Saturday while on a short road trip from Cincinnati, our SUV broke down while on the highway, just north of Findlay. We found out that the engine was shot. With the distance, we knew we had to find something local. We found Taylor Hyundai and found a vehicle we liked. My fiance called on Monday and was connected with Tucker. He explained our situation to Tucker and he went above and beyond to help us. Judy, I can't remember her role there, but she was amazing as well. Finally, Adam, the paperwork guy, made us feel comfortable and laugh during a very stressful time. We want to thank everyone involved at the dealership. Absolutely amazing. I would 100% buy from them again if I have to.
After having an awful experience at another dealer when buying a Kia, I called Taylor Kia and spoke with Preston Cumming about a van I had only owned for two months when the motor went bad. Preston did an amazing job taking care of me and worked hard to get most of the repairs covered under Kia’s warranty, even though I did not purchase the vehicle from Taylor Kia. That level of service really means a lot. Because of how I was treated, I will definitely be doing more business with Taylor Kia, and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience. My husband and I went in to test drive a Kia Carnival and David helped us by giving us many different options for financing the Carnival. He was able to show me all the neat features the Carnival has and made sure I knew how to use them before driving off the lot. Gage always is amazing. Great person in general. If you are looking for a car honestly no matter your situation he will let you know what he can do for you...I personally refuse to go to anyone else....I got my car last year and my fiance just got himself one recently. I was devastated when I was hit by a drunk driver totaling my first Tucson. It was the car I worked hard to get and I was determined to find another. Anthony Ross greeted me at the door with a positive and polite energy and listened to my rants, expectations, and budget. He took that and pulled up with a Tucson that practically had my name with neon lights glowing on it. It checked off all of my boxes and more. The team at Taylor Hyundai was so friendly and enthusiastic, even when I walked through the doors right before closing time. Adam in the financial part, despite taking my money, made me crack up. I recently purchased a 2025 Sonata and worked with Brandon H, and I can’t recommend him enough! I was coming from out of town, and Brandon made the entire process seamless. He took the time to send me detailed photos of the car beforehand, which made me feel confident in my decision before even arriving. Abby Wells of Taylor Hyundai of Toledo might actually be an angel disguised as a saleswoman. Buying a car has been something on my radar for 7+ months, but always an after thought. As a young woman and a first time buyer, I anticipated some intimidation going into the dealership. Today I went in, mostly to look, and left with a new 2024 Buick Encore. I did not feel swindled, persuaded or rushed…even though I kept her well past closing time. The manager/owner Joe was a pleasure to deal with, Ahmad Jomaa, another salesman, was kind, polite, and reassuring, and all in all the experience went more smooth than I could’ve ever imagined. I gave Abby all the information for exactly what I wanted in a vehicle (basically hand picked one off the lot) and where I wanted my numbers to be and she DELIVERED. I left with a car I’ve only dreamed of owning!!! She accommodated to me being there past closing by working with the finance manager at Kia, Brock Rieger, who was also very throughout and patient, as he too stayed hours past closing to help me seal the deal on the vehicle. Even the young man who detailed my car (from Kia) after hours approached his work with care and a great attitude. Hyundai Toledo is a TREASURE of a dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and ENJOYABLE car buying process.

After the stress of being rear-ended and having my 2023 Santa Cruz totaled, I spent weeks searching nationwide for a very specific California Sand Santa Cruz with the same features as mine. I finally found "the one" at Taylor Hyundai of Findlay in Ohio. From the first text, Tucker was responsive and transparent. He understood my situation and negotiated fairly on a 2024 XRT (even getting a tow hitch installed for me). I worked with Tucker and his manager, Jaden, entirely via text and phone from Missouri. No games, no back-and-forth pressure—just honest numbers. But the service didn't stop at the sale. The real magic happened with the logistics. My service dog, Bexar, and I took an Amtrak from Missouri to Ohio, a 15-hour journey. Our train arrived in Toledo at 3:00 AM. Despite the station being 45 minutes away from the dealership, Jaden insisted on picking us up personally at 3:00 AM so we could get to a hotel and rest. Jaden picked us up later that morning, with Starbucks in hand, and took us to the dealership. I later found out she did this on her day off! They even handled a minor touch-up by shipping a paint pen to my local MO dealer and checked in on us during our entire 500-mile journey back home. Traveling to Ohio from Missouri to get my perfect truck was well worth it—the only disappointment is that they aren't close enough for me to use them for all my future service needs! Huge shoutout to the whole team at Taylor Hyundai! If you’re looking for a vehicle, seriously, look these guys up and ask for Tucker!
